I too get lazy with diets. So instead of jumping into a "diet" I started making small changes, like instead of drinking 2 Cokes each day I cut down to 1 per day, I lost 5 lbs pretty quickly, then I cut down to one every other day and I drink regular iced tea (took some getting used to, I usually drank it with tons of sugar) but I lost more from those good choices. I also looked for tips on pinterest and one other thing that helped was "rewarding" myself. What you do is put a quarter in a jar or piggy bank if you don't exercise for 3 days that's fine just don't add money, but because you don't remove money for "failing" to exercise you are more likely to follow through (Been doing this for 3 weeks now I have about $5.00 I think). You can do this with anything and then buy something cute to wear once you have money saved up or reward yourself with a fancy dinner (because once in a while an extra treat makes it worth all the effort)

It's never easy to lose weight. I know. It is way easier to put the weight on. But you have to walk everyday and eat right. No junk food.

I get lazy too. I finally got some hand weights to motivate me some. I've had to make diet changes recently to help with my asthma and bronchitis and in the process I dropped weight. Just make sure it's something you can commit to long term :)

I've been trying to loose weight but it so hard. I do all the right things for a few weeks and loose very little or nothing so I get frustrated and give up. Which certainly doesn't help. Oh well..........

:) Dieting doesn't work. Change your lifestyle and eating habits. I did at 65 years old. Best decision I ever made. I get to eat what I want and control what goes in my body.

I do too.  But since others are heavier than me they give me a hard time and say oh you can eat anything. No I can't.
I am trying to diet but I am not doing good.  I just made some cupcakes.   :dontknow:  I am gonna give some of them away. lol

I have been trying juicing for the past two weeks and watching what I eat.  I have also been working out. I also purchased a dress smaller than what I usually wear to motivate me! Working out pretty good so far

You can eat the same foods if you want, just portion your food. Cut back on what you eat! ! also recommend walking at least 4 times a week. If you
can do that you will be surprised how well it works.
