I had 1/2 turkey sandwich with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and avacado. that was for lunch tonight will be roast beef with broccili, and cauliflower and seet corn on the cobb.

I just had dinner. spinach salad ,peaches and a  little pasta. one small scoop of chocolate peanutbutter icecream

just had veggie burgers with turkey b acon and  veggies on the side late light dinner tonight

For dinner tonight my daughter and I had grilled steak, chicken, and corn on the cob.   I had a peach for dessert and my daughter went to the gym instead of dessert.  It was all very tasty.  I will be missing the grill soon.

A chuckwagon sandwich.  Don't have time to cook tonight; have a lot of packing to do since I am off to the beach tomorrow!

  A homemade hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onion slice and mayo on a bakery hamburger bun.   I washed it down with a small bottle of coke.  It was absolutely yummy and then I'm looking forward later to a piece of lemon creme cake and a cup of milk.

I had left over chicken ,bread ,peaches with cottage cheese.Mostly healthy but will have a brownie very soon.

For me it was a ham and cheese sandwich and just alittle bit of fritos.
And for dessert my sister and me made us each a very delicious smore  and a glass of milk...yum!
