A Smile cost nothing, but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without
making poorer those who give  It takes but a moment. yet the memory of it may
last forever.  A smile creates happiness in the home fosters goodwill in business and is the sign
of friendship It brings rest to the weary cheer to the discouraged sunshine to the sad, and it's nature's
best antidote to trouble yet a smile can not be bought begged borrowed or stolen
for it is of no value unless it is given away  Some people are too tired to give you a smile
Give them one of yours no one  need a smile as much as those who have none to give.

hope you like this i did

That's cute, thank you for the nice words.  It is so true that a smile from someone does sometimes make your day.  Many businesses that deal with the public should adopt that as a prerequisite.  Here's one back to you  ;)

This whole smile adage and philosophy has gotten way out of hand -- I doubt many people know the true history behind the smile.

Many bilogists think that the smile in humans orginated as a sign of fear.  Also, many non-western cultures preceive smiling as a negative expression and consider it unwelcome.

As photography devolped some decades ago, it was agreed that people photographed  better while smiling thus smiling was equated to asethic beauty and happiness etc..  Psycological a person in a state of hapiness has no prepostion to smile or nor does seeing a smile necessarily equate to inducing happiness.
