Surprised? NOTHING else concerning the health care debacle is working either!! Interesting that the Obamacare web site/service costs the taxpayers over 93 MILLION dollars, and it is a disaster! Just think of that, would not 93 MILLION dollars more than pay for the costs of ALL the so called 'uninsured' this garbage is said to take care of?!! Thank God the founders insisted on the 2nd amendment!
