If you could go back in time, when would it be?

What an interesting question.  If it were possible, I would like to go back to the year 1850, when my great, great, great grandfather was an African slave sold for a mule in St. Louis, MO.  I also would like to go back to being 7 again (I am now 55) before I was molested and my innocence was lost.

If you would want to go back in time, what time period would you want to experience?

I would just like to go back to 1990...my son was born..and my marriage ended 5 yrs. later if I only knew then what I know now  but if it were just for fun probably the roaring 20's

I would go back to a time that I hadn't lived in yet.  I am somewhat infatuated with the roaring twenties.  The zoot suits, lavish parties, vehicles and opulence conveyed in the Great Gatsby seem so vibrant. The architecture was phenomenal and our nation was just getting started. The great depression would have been a bummer to come into but I probably would have taken to bootlegging alcohol during prohibition and made out okay. It would be crazy to travel back in time equipped with what we know today! Buying stock in companies that you knew were going to be monstrously huge in the future would be fun and I could certainly find ways to spend the money!

If I could go back in time, I would choose the 1950s.

I'm interested to see how the "Egyptian" pyramids would have looked covered in white limestone before the invaders came in and chipped it off...So, I'd probably go back to the age when "Egypt" ruled to see all the statues and monoliths in it's original pristine state.

I would like to go see Joseph first vision of Christ and heavenly farther in the 1800.and all the other thing that he seen to start the true church that is what I would like to see not like inthat time just viset it.

I would have to say 17 also I would stay in school  and would of graduated and hopefully I would of gotten into a better paying job  but I guess I can't really complain I worked for 30 yrs as a data entry clerk

If you would want to go back in time, what time period would you want to experience?

I think I would also like to repeat my life at an earlier time probably about 16 or 17 years of age. That is if I am able to retain the wisdom I have gained over the years. I sure wouldn't repeat the same mistakes. Being my luck though; I would make some awhole lot worse! So, I might have to rethink on that a minute. Maybe I should just be happy for the mistakes I've made and the lessons learned from them instead of wishing for something that is long gone.

I would love to go back to the late seventies and the eighties. I had such a great time back then. I also met the woman of my dreams, but she was going with someone else. So I never had a shot, or at least I thought I didn't. I am with that woman now after many years of not seeing her. I would love to go back and start a relationship with her and be with her all these years.
