negative responding

What's with some people who read a post and have something negative or judgemental to say if a question wasn't even asked..its called blogging people sometimes a person vents not looking to get a response just writng something to say... some people giving their response are not actually reading what is being said they jump to conculsion. I think if they reread what's being written they can see that nobody is even looking for a dear abbey.

You're right, we blog to vent and share not necessarily to receive criticism. We are all in the same boat and are all part of the fusion family.

I have always wondered why some people on boards everywhere are so crude - rude - and just plain mean. 

I have developed a pretty tough skin, lately.

I've noticed that alot of the mean people....

seem to quote each other....

they only have about 15 "clever" things to say so they just re-hash them...

i just realized that I'm sounding mean, talking about mean people....

i was just making an observation though...

Some people just like to stir up trouble too. I'm another forum where there's always one or two people that like to be jerks. They'll say something nasty, spark a mini riot and then disappear. There are those that just like to watch the world burn.

I agree, there are some people who are just pot stirrers in the world of forums/message boards. I'm not judging though. I don't know what's happened in their lives to make them that way, but I do feel bad that that's the way they feel the need to be. The only thing I can do is just let them be the way they want to be, and ignore it.  They feed off of our reactions, so if we have no reaction they get nothing! Just my opinion.

there's really no reason for certain people to be so negative towards the rest of us. especially since the idea is that we share our views and opinions.. we're supposed to DISCUSS.. not attack and try to prove that other people are stupid or wrong.

Yes, some people are very unhappy and have too much time on their hands.  Why post something negative just for the sake of being negative?  There are also people that are full of anger and hate.  Some of the comments are from people that have alot of growing up to do.  It's a shame that these comments really can tarnish a friendly discussion.

I don't understand that either. Some people I think find it easier to be mean to people over the internet since it's not a face to face thing. I wish people would stop doing that.

I think that if most of us were in the same room, interacting with each other as real people instead of thinking of the forum as a "dump" then the replys might be a tad bit more polite.  I try to respect ALL people here as I would in real life situations.......something that should be the rule of thumb.

I agree with you totally. But I think that there are a lot of people out there that are less afraid to speak their mind since they are not sitting right in front of that person.. it's a shame.
