goodbye summer; hello fall

I don't mind early fall too much, before the colder weather sets in. The colors can be beautiful and I've heard they inspire the fall fashions. However fall can be a downer in the since that you are getting that much colder to winter, which I really don't like as a season. Thankfully later our winters have been milder so I'm glad for that. I also don't blame the OP for their feelings about the leaves you have to rake. The more trees and and the larger your yard the more difficult that is so that is a not a great part of fall.

I absolutely love fall/autumn.  I like sleeping with my bedroom window open and feeling the cooler temperatures.  I like seeing the leaves change color and I eagerly anticipate some enjoyable holidays.

Fall, love the weather and the changes of leaves. Unfortunately, cant expierence that anymore because i now live in FL. No chnaging leaves here or cool weather

I guess I kind of like raking the leaves, then jumping in then or letting the dogs run around in them haha...I enjoy fall and cooler weather

Fall.... not sure when that will come!!! Its September 11th and we are in the high 90's here in chicago!!!! We are getting our summer heat waves hotter then we had in summer I am in a college apartment with no air conditioning and thought I would be fine because summer would be ending but apparently its just starting or something....

Fall can be really nice, not too hot and not too cold.  The only concern in Florida is we have to worry about hurricanes in the first couple of months.

I feel sad that the summer is ending. But the fall is cool. At least the weather is not as humid.

While the summer is hot, I live in Mississippi, where the past three days have given us a temperature of 93 degrees.   I love the fall, not the winter so much.  While it does not snow much here, I live in an old house that garners coldness to the point that it is downright frigid.  My cousin said I like the cold because I lived in Chicago for 28 years (outside of 4 months I spent in California).  While I miss some things in Chicago, I don't miss the snow, nor standing at the bus stop when it is snowing.  Some buses were okay, and some buses were slow as all getout and you could be standing at the bus stop for hours.

Here in the ATL area fall means the coming of allergies for those of us that suffer. Like I am right now.

Fall, one of the best seasons!!  The colors are beautiful and the air is cool and crisp.  It's beautiful out here in PA in the fall.  Love it.
