One Upers

Have you ever met someone who is a one uper?
If you don't know what a one uper is.. A one upper is one who feels like they need to be better than everyone else so they constantly "one-up" anything that anyone says.
I personaly think it is hillarious... and annoying at the same time..
A guy i met recently is like this
i was making up things to see if he would one up it..sure enough he did..
Amusing at the time but.. gets old after a while....

You were making things up and he probably was too. so just keep one upping him until it's so ridiculous it becomes obvious. Maybe he will get the idea you caught on to his game.

Oh yes, my sister is that way. Also if you have some that she wants she will try to get you to give it up even to snagging a boyfriend. Oh yes it happened and i figured man if you are going to fall for her crap have at it, because i don't want you anymore. Boy did he learn a lesson. I am still happy and he isn't

I have a friend like that. Makes me insane! 

The only thing I can figure is that she isn't secure enough within herself to not have to top whatever is said.

Yes, unfortunately, I know too many of them and try to avoid them by all means possible.
