got home yesterday nuked some potatoes diced some onion chopped some ham diced potatoes fried potatoes threw onions in with potatoes til soft then threw in ham cooked til  hot  threw some cheese onto top let it melt  yummyumm

Yep it is easy and fast, and a good way to use up left over meat. Just about anything goes. As long as you have potatoes and cheese. Green chile  sauce pored over it and then the cheese all melted and bubbly with a tortilla.

sounds good and easy, something I could whip up in 5 minutes.
