Can somebody explain to me how to contact the Crowdflower people if you are having trouble with a particular task? I have a Crowdflower account but don't know how to contact them.

You should be able to log in to your account through crowd flowers official httml.  I'd think there would be a contact tab somewhere on there?

You can log-in to your Crowd Flower account right from the Task itself.  Look in the drop down menu and you'll see it.  Once logged in, post a "Problem" report on their bulletin board.  Be sure to copy and paste your "Contributor ID" and the Task "Job ID" to your post (also found in the drop down menu on the Task).  When you do that, they will be able to look up the particular Task you're having problems with and will credit you whether you were able to finish the Task or not.  Of course, don't forget to explain the problem as clearly as you can in your post.

At the top of the task page, when you are working on a task, there is a little box in the top righthand corner of the page, next to the timer. Click on that, and it will open up your dashboard. There is a section that says Help. Click on that, and copy the contributor ID, and the job ID, click on 'Get support,' and that will take you to Crowdflowers' support page.

You can report a problem with the task there.
