We use fans unless it gets into the 90's then we ac but only in our bedroom and in the study. I hope some day we will have central ac in the whole house.

I mostly use the ac when its in the high 80s and 90s.

Here in Texas, we use both. The ceiling fan really helps keep the air circulating when it is in the 100s. You really need to keep the bill down by not turning up the Thermostat. I could not make it without AC, It just gets too hot! Besides, my hubby gas COPD and can't breathe without it. I will be glad when fall comes back with cooler temps in the 70s for a high.

Our AC  hasn't worked right in a number of years so it is fans for us. Ceiling fans in every room and then a regular fan as well.

We have central air, I put it on usually in May when it gets ht and keep it on until fall.  Can't stand the humidity!

I use window fans, the power company charges me so much I have to tolerate the heat or else I want have any electricity at all.....

Here where I live most of the houses don't have A/C. I live in the central coast. It is usually cool down here, but lately it's been hot for us. So i've been using a fan day and night.
