Is anyone else having issues with it today? I do what is needed but it keeps starting over and over and never crediting me.

I finally got it to work right. Not too sure what I was doing wrong or what was going on.

Still not crediting.  Tried different browsers.  Cleared each cache.  Restarted machine.  Tried again, took screen shot.  No Credit.  Will try again later, before contacting support.

Tried again different browser, finally credited - like normal.  Cool.

This should be fixed now - was a timing issue likely related to the faster-loading page.

I noticed I did not receive PTC credit Did Step 1 & Step 2 but did not see how to submit for credit.  Also noticed that I timed out twice while attempting to post on the forum.  I am using IE as my browser.  I don't know whether I should make another attempt at PTC today or just try again tomorrow.

Not working for me either. I tried it 3 times. Viewed 4 pages and 2 ads and it keeps resetting me back to the beginning. Very frustrating.

I had the same problem on Chrome but I switched to Firefox and it worked fine.

Sorry for this.  The timing issue turned out to be bigger than I'd thought.  I think it's fixed now, really, if you're willing to try again.

I just finished mine with no problem the page looks a little different though. You have to look on the right side for the prompts.

I am having this problem, today, Monday. I did not have this problem on Sunday. It must be a glitch with the new format and will probably be fixed soon enough.  

I was able to compete the paid to click using chrome. I could not do it using safari.    Glad that I was able to do it.
