My whole family has sinus/ allergy problems the best thing I have found is a bit strange but it works. Rub 3 drops each of lavender, peppermint, and lemon essential oils on the bottoms of your feet.  Or if you get the doTerra brand oils you can put 3 drops of each in a capsule and swallow it, but you can't do that with any of the other oil brands because they are mixed with other things like fragrances and oils that cannot be consumed. When I have trouble I usually shower more often because I find the steam helps a lot

I liked what others said and asked my "organic daughter" and she said Neti Pot which others have said and because she said it, I believe it, so try it...

will try i use to use flonaise but then got nose bleeds

ooooh yeah dont do that...get a netti pot or sinus flush saline solution... vicks is good and dayquil...boil a ginger root for tea it clears congestion   and phlegm... and natural herbal teas are great...No antibotics!  they mess up your immunities and make your body toxic...but if you must eat yogurt with the medication

A friend of mine told me to make a tea from ginger root and garlic, sweeten with a little honey.

If you're sick, it tastes good, and it knocks out the cold or infection.

When it stops tasting good to you, you'll know you're better.

STEAM- with headaches, you need to break up the congestion.
Boil some water and sit over a hot pot with a towel over your head.
Breathe in the steam
Do this every hour- if you have some Vicks vapor rub, at that to the steam.

Hopefully you have some aspirin or Tylenol you can take while you do steam.

Here is a recipe for the saline solution. Salt water solution (saline solution) recipe
1 clean quart jar. Fill with distilled water.
Add 1 to 1½ heaping teaspoons of pickling/canning salt (not table salt).
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda (pure bicarbonate).
Mix and store at room temperature. 

Also you need to be careful sinus infections are nothing to mess around with. If you still are sick in a week then you should get treated by a doctor.
