Sorry, but I still don't understand about posting the amount received from a cashout.  I get my $ through Pay Pay.  I don't understand about taking a "snapshot". and blanking out personal info.  I have one cashout so far.  Sorry I'm so dense. :BangHead:

Go to your Paypal account and locate the FC payment.  Click on details.

This will bring up the Paypal transaction that will show your FC payment.

Maximize the web page and make sure that the body of the details are shown.  (Not necessary to show Paypal at the top or notes on the bottom.)

Find the "PrntScr" button on your keyboard.  It usually in the top line of keyboard on the right side.  Click on it.

This will put a picture of your screen in your pc memory.

Click Start.

If you are familiar with and use your PAINT software, it may show on the left side of the start window.  If you don't use it, click on "All Programs" and then on "Accessories".  You should see the "Paint" software program in this list.  Click on it to bring it up on your screen.

When it comes up, click on "Edit" and then "Paste".

This will bring up the screenshot you made of your FC payment.

Depending on the version of your  Paint program, you should be able to "crop" the picture to show just the details of the transaction.  ( I have a Windows 7 OS system and crop works but it doesn't work the same way on my XP OS system.)  I also use the "Erasure" to remove the Transaction ID and my email address.

The last step is to save the screenshot.  Click on "File", then "Save As".  Locate/click on the "Shared Documents", and find "Shared Pictures"

In File Name, put in a Title for the picture that will make it easy for you to find.  I use FCpopmmddyyy.  In the "Save as type" line, click on the menu and select JPEG.

Click Save

You can close the Paint software and the PAYPAL site.

Now, go to the Forum, Contests and Promotions section and find the thread about loading your POP into the FC system.  Although the thread is locked, there is an URL on the opening page that you should use to submit your POP:

http://www.fusioncash.net/picturebonus.php

When you click on this link, you will be shown a list of your cashout(s) that you can submit a POP.  Click on the one that corresponds to the picture you just create and then click on Browse to locate it in your Shared Picture library.

When you find it, click on "open".  This will load it up in FC.  May take a few minutes depending on your ISP connection.

Good luck!

If you have any problems, let us know.  We'll help you walk through the process.  Provide info about your PC and operating system, since that can affect the detail of the steps.

Dear Swogden,

Thank you so much for all the info about posting my cashout!  I certainly appreciate the step by step process, as I  it.  I think I did it because fc said I was successful.  I'll let you know when I hear.

Another, shorter, question:  do you have to go through all these steps each month?

Yes, but it becomes automatic once you've done it a couple of times.

Once you're comfortable using PAINT and creating the pictures, it will be old hat.

The process is easier on FC since they've adopted the new system.

I work several other PTC sites and most of them want POP's posted somewhere.  I've established a separate folder for each site -- makes it easier when I'm creating the pictures of my screenshots and then browsing the library in order to post the POP.

Thanks again and another short question.  Do you have to litterally "paint" all the info except maybe 3 words?  I really do appreciate your helping me with this.  A dollar is a dollar.  I requested another cashout, which should come this week, and I'll try it again.  Does the site automatically keep a running total to post, or do I do this myself?

I'm not sure what you're referring to.  Do you have to show the entire PAYPAL page except for the ID and your email?

I think you could reduce the page so long as you show the date of the transaction, the amount and a reference that it was from FC.
I find it easier to just crop the entire page and erase the ID/email address.

Paypal  also sends you an email telling you that you just receive xx.xx from Fusion Cash.  I think you could take a screenshot of that email and crop out the relevant information (Date; amount and FC as payor) and use that.

When you get your next cash out, it will show up in the list of your available cash outs to post a POP.  You can only have one POP in the approval process and it can take up to 45 days to get credit.  But that will also show in your history box for the POP's.  (It will show as "pending" until the bonus is credited.)

When your most recent submission is processed (you'll see the $1.00 in your account balance), you can submit a POP request for another cash out.

Correction:  when you get your next cash out, it will not show up on the list of available cash outs until your current pending POP is processed.  I just got my August cash out and it is not in the list -- and I have a pending POP.

You are not the only one, I can't do it either. I have tried several ways and none of them work for me.I got the snapshot and blanked everything out but when I submitted it they said it was not the right size. I have about made myself sick worrying with it so I give up. There  should be an easier  way  :BangHead:

When you say "I got the snapshot", do you mean "screenshot" or the picture you saved the modified screenshot to?

Are you using PAINT to bring in the screenshot.  You modify the screenshot in PAINT before you save it as a picture.

Are you using the "crop" tool in Paint to reduce the size of the picture?
Are you using a JPEG extension on the picture you save?

You can check the size of the picture  you have already saved by  right clicking on it  and then click on properties to find out the size your picture.  My pictures using the crop tool and jpeg are about 75kb.

When I created a picture of a screenshot without cropping, still with jpeg, it ran about 372 kb.  You are allowed 750kb but the smaller the better.
There is also a width limit (1000px), but I don't know how to check for that.

I remember when I first started out with PTC's and GTC's how difficult it was to work through the steps of creating a screenshot to post in a forum.  I assure you that the current procedure for FC is easier than the old process since it eliminates the need to create an URL that you post to the forum.

If you tell me where in the process that you are having problems, I'll try to help you and Pressman.
