i spent 5 years in city college in los angeles, pasadena city college, glendale city college, la city college and transfered into cal state northridge. the easiest way to get enough units to transfer is to do a program, programs are offered at any counselors office at any city college (all city colleges have a counselor, get it), go to the office of the counselor and ask them what programs are available to complete, most likely you'll have to do 2 years worth, 60 units or so

its better to know where and what you want to do sooner then later because requirements vary o much but in Illinois there are classes that you can take that transfer to any college in illinois but does not mean your degree or program requires just look into what and where you wanna go so that way you take the right stuff and meet with a counselor from both schools but more importantly where you want to go they can direct you with what to take and advice that you cant get from most websites good luck =)

I'm a college student. I first started out at a 2-year community college and then I eventually transferred to a 4-year public university. It is a life full of hard-working experience. Believe me college life is busy life.
