Nice way to use lemons. Organic lemons are cheap and freeze well, so there is no waste.

never knew about this.and really who ever thought of freezing the lemon and grating...wonderful idea and able to use all of it..gonna try this

What a neat thing to learn about lemons.  My mom always made fresh lemonade with ice and sugar and it was wonderful, especially on a hot, hot day!  I appreciate learning about freezing them and sprinkling them on everything.  I am surely going to do this, I know it will taste wonderful.  I used to eat the pulp whenever I had them served with dinner and everyone would pucker up!

Wow!  Thanks, SherylShado.  I knew that lemons could be used for some things, but not all of those things.  I recall I used to buy lemon juice in a colon-spleen cleanser.  It worked as long as I was drinking it once a week.  But that has been some years.  The information you just supplied will be helpful. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

I like to put lemon slices in my water....wonder how grated whole lemon will look and taste?

Thinking the same and will try this tomorrow morning.  Placing lemons in freezer NOW!!
