Lemons--who knew??

What a neat thing to learn about lemons.  My mom always made fresh lemonade with ice and sugar and it was wonderful, especially on a hot, hot day!  I appreciate learning about freezing them and sprinkling them on everything.  I am surely going to do this, I know it will taste wonderful.  I used to eat the pulp whenever I had them served with dinner and everyone would pucker up!

Wow!  Thanks, SherylShado.  I knew that lemons could be used for some things, but not all of those things.  I recall I used to buy lemon juice in a colon-spleen cleanser.  It worked as long as I was drinking it once a week.  But that has been some years.  The information you just supplied will be helpful.

I like to put lemon slices in my water....wonder how grated whole lemon will look and taste?
