week without work school or technology

I had a week in costa rica no school or work obviously but also now phone and small internet usage i was happy to come home into my sweet bed and just be home but that break was very nice. I think we all need time without work school and little technology i think its good for you i mean i know not everyone can afford vacations but little break i think are so benefical
