just been noticing that there are a lot of ppl complaining recently about fc not crediting surveys. fc needs to realize that if they *bleep* enough people off they will lose money also. we are the ones that make fc money. without us they make nothing. they need to wake up and fix this problem. it is not on our end, i'm sick of hearing maybe you need to clear cookies and all the other stuff. if this many ppl aren't getting paid it is on fc's end, not ours. and it needs to be fixed immediately.

I hear what you're saying.  Surveys are frustrating for me period,    and not just on FC. MY demografics are bad! I'm a 56 yr old middle class , white  mid-south woman. It seems they don't desire me much!

here's what you don't get. FC has no control over third party sites not paying you. If FC doesn't get paid...you don't get paid. I get paid....with the exception of a very few times...which I was mad about but figured...19 out of 20 is a good stat to have for any company. I cash out regularly...

what you don't get is that fc is a company. they tell you what you want to hear. do you seriously think that fc was consistantly not getting paid by a survey company that they would keep them on here and waste space?
 they get paid whether we do or not and if you believe that they don't get paid , i have some beach front property in arizona i want to sell you. think about it, why would fc wast space on a company that they didn't make money from? they are getting constant complaints about people not getting paid for surveys and all we hear is the same spiel, "we don't get paid if you don't get paid". think about it.

This has been the standard response on the forums for a long while now. And while I too, can handle 19 out of 20, I'm now averaging about 1 out of 2. These are all FC surveys that are not crediting, not the other daily options. There are other sites that offer better support/service for their members. I have enjoyed my time with FC until recently but it has become quite discouraging. I'm glad that you are still credited more often than not, but this is not the recent experience for many.

I agree that when you cash out then it does not make sense to reject older surveys and reason being "Third Party". Such issues should be found after 2-3 days of completing survey.

It can be very frustrating to not qualify for surveys, but FusionCash has no control over if we qualify or not. They are just the affiliate of the sampling group, which itself often is subcontracted by a market research company, which again itself is subcontracted by whatever company is actually looking for the data. There are a lot of different levels involved between the actual company and the person taking the survey. FC is not running the survey themselves.

If we don't qualify for the surveys, they do not get paid. At least they give bonus money - a lot of survey sites don't do that.

And I understand the frustration, but there are still qualifying and paying surveys:

mawhite, I understand what you are saying and have taken and qualified for 8 surveys but only paid for one tho its been 2-3 days since I took them... now I realize it can happen that FC doesn't get paid so I won't either but I'm not even getting credited the penny for the ones I don't qualify for and that is a FC matter.

I usually always get my credit for the surveys I do. A lot of them take over night to credit so just be patient!!

I understand your frustration and I too do not get paid for some surveys, but I know it is not FC the one with the problem, I go to 2 other  websites like this one and have the same issues with them. The  companies that are offering the surveys cheaters and they are the ones that do not get it.  But i still make money here at FC not as much as I would like but I do make some to cash out every 2 months or so.  You just need to be patient, and remember that his is not a source for employment but a help to your income.
