It depends on what is pending. A pending cashout takes until the 20th of the following month: if you cashed out today, you would not get paid until July 20th. The FAQ says: Most non-instant offers will be credited to your account within a day or two. Occasionally, the advertiser delays reporting for days or even weeks. Also bonus offers like the facebook promotion or 30 posts for $3 can take a month or two to credit.

Yeah just try to cashout near the end of the month and you will be paid around the 20th of the following month.

what about like 2-3 days ago? would it still take till the next month?

Yes you wn't be paid until July 20 or there abouts. Plus depending on how your paid may be a few days after that. Best to wait until the last few days of the month IMO but I think you can always cancel although I've never done this so I don't know for sure exactly how that works.
