I opened a support ticket and have already received a reply. I was told that since I did not get credit or get DQ'd, I should wait a full week and open a new support ticket. Fusion Cash will then research the situation. Sometimes, it takes longer than other times to receive credit.

So if you did a survey evaluating  commercials and did not get credit or DQ'd, wait  a week and then open a support ticket.

There is still hope.

I previously posted that I had done two surveys back-to-back last Tuesday but did not get Credit.  Thanks to your post, I did wait a week plus 1. This morning I received credit for 3 surveys that I had done.  It appears that it could take a while to credit or if enough of us post or contact Fc they will look into it.  Thank you FC.

I also got credit for the two surveys that I did back to back last week. I opened another support ticket yesterday ( it was seven days) and received credit this morning.  ;D :thumbsup:  Thanks, Fusion Cash. This really is a great site.

I have received credit as well for 5 surveys I did and the DQ bonuses. Thank you, FC!  ;D

I don't think it's taken more than about 15 minutes for mine to credit. Either I've been disqualified due to taking too long or not long enough, or I got credit pretty fast.

It's frustrating when you don't get credited right away because you don't know if it's a glitch or if you are just being impatient.  This particular problem seems to have affected several of you, but by the end of this thread, it looks like some were actually getting the credit. When I finally qualify for a survey I never truly believe I'm going to make any money until I see it sitting in my account!
