How do you like your eggs cooked?

   With corned beef hash I prefer poached.  For a snack hard boiled, with toast soft boiled, with bacon or sausage over easy.  Sometime omelets or scrambled hit the spot.   I just really  eggs.  They can make a meal quick!

I love eggs so it really doesn't matter. However, I usually prefer fried eggs or scrambled with cheese. I also fix egg soufle a lot. I still like the fried eggs a little runny but since all the food warnings about bacteria I usually cook to a soft but not runny yolk.
