Add cashout deadline to FAQ

It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if one of the FAQ questions was "When must I cash out by to get paid on the 20th?" It's sort of covered under "I've cashed out. How long until I get my money?" but it might be worth its own topic.

You will receive your money on the 20th of the following month. I cashed out for first time on June 20th and monies where there July 20th. Best time to cash out is last week of month. And don't forget to do your 30 forums.

    I've cashed out. How long until I get my money?
    We disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, your payment will be disbursed on or around September 20th. You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

So essentially it does state that when you cash out any time during the month, you'll receive your payment on or around the 20th of the following month (in this case Sept.). It's pretty self explanatory.

I said that it was talked about in there. But I think it should be it's own question -- or the question should be reworded. "I've cashed out. How long until I get my money?" doesn't suggest there is a monthly deadline for cashing out; therefore people might not even read it if there are looking for deadline information. If you search the forums, you will see there are people asking when the cashout deadline is -- which makes it a good candidate for the FAQ section.

While I do understand your frustration, it has been stated many many times on the forums what the optimal time to cashout is, and the FAQ does state how long it will take (20th of the following month).

My first Cashout was deposited on July 18th, into my Paypal account so 2 days before the 20th. How is that for service all I can is Awesome

I think your suggestion is valid, however, I don't think it's necessary.  FC has been very straightforward.  Even as a newbie I understood what it meant.  Also, people on the forum have always been kind and answered questions.  People do seem to get confused as to the date of payment etc.  I think it's simple request anything in August and you get it the 20th of September.

Thanks Admin for adding expanded information. This has been a long running source of confusion, which I have never understood. Each participant has to evaluate what works for them. Some people like to allow their earnings to roll over and grow, and that option would preclude them from getting a payment the following month and then not have a payment to post a proof of payment which would earn them another $1 into the following month. I also think people confuse payment received or processed date with when they need to submit their request for the forum bonus as well. During the time I have been here FC has been consistent in paying or processing before the 20th or close to it, depending on holidays and or weekends involved. It really should not make that much of a difference, none of us can spend the money until we get it anyhow.

Hi everyone,

Don't think that fusion cash needs to add the cashout to FAQ.   I think that it is good the way that it is and it isn't hard to follow that your payment is to reach you the next month that you cash out.  Say if you cashout on the 20th of this month then you will receive your money on Sept. 20th.  It isn't hard to figure it out. Fusion Cash is great on their payouts.  Thanks

The examples you provided are very helpful. Just a suggestion....you might also note for those that don't know or who are newbies, that if they are cashing out on the last day of the month, it should be by 11:59 PST.
