Worried about the new PTC rules.

Most everyone seems to be not worried about the new rules.  They must not have other responsibilities or a heck of a lot of free time.  Most of the time I’m lucky I even have time to check my emails.  (Which gets me upset that the 2cent daily email does not count towards the 5cents.) I just started have time enough to watch the videos.  Of course that means they no longer have one or two video that’s 2cents (which would be nice) or put on five videos at one cent a piece (which would also be nice)  The Wal-Mart vasline video at 5cents seems nice but no matter how I set my cookies I can’t get that video to work.  The radioloyaltiy at 1cent every ten minutes is nice only if I can get an hour to spare.  Luckily I had it today.  Otherwise I’m down to earning about 3 or 4 cents per day with my busy schedule.  (Rather than the 17cents daily I used to earn.)

I found one good thing about the new PTC rules and that is it lets you earn extra cents towards the following day.  That does help when one day I have free time like I can listen for two hours to Radio Loyalty and earn 10cents to allow the last 5cents to go towards the next day if I don’t have the time the next day for that hour.  Thank you Fusion Cash for that clause in your new rule for PTC.

The site isn't benefiting from the people that just do the bare minimum and rely on the free money which is why the new rule was instituted.It's really not that hard to make 5 cents in 24 hours but if that's truly an issue then maybe this isn't the site for you

Yes I am with you on that. I can't make my PTC except once a week. They have also changed the cashout to $25. I guess I will have to plug along until I make my $25 and then I will be forced to give it up!

I don't think the cash out has changed. With all the offers available right now the 5 cent rule really has actually  been somewhat beneficial.
I think the biggest effect is that it will turn off potential or new referrals that will feel the additional time required daily to be a turn off.    If you could accumulate credits to use towards this it would be better but likely too hard to track.

The cash out minimum has been $25 since I joined in 2011

I don't have alot of time and usually do the basics here, since the new rule I have no problem making my .05 to due the paid to click.  I usually do videos, just listen to radio loyalty while getting around for work and if I have about 10 minutes pick up some task.  it is very easy to make the .05 minimum.

I haven't been able to get the 15c lately because of the change but I will hopefully have time to start working on a new why to qualify soon.

I am not worried about the new PTC rules, I wake up in the morning and turn on radioloyalty and start earning those pennies and before I know it I have my 5 cents.

I understand your frustration. I felt the same way at first. The videos seem to be a good way to earn that .05 though and they don't generally take too much time. I wish you luck and hope it all works out for you.

The new rule doesn't even bother me. I end up doing radioloyalty offers to no end that I already have the 5 cents ready.
