woke up in pain

my back and my head feels like it is going to explode so i am just relaxing today took my pain med's and going to lie on the heating pad hopefully that helps

"Your pain meds" ??? lol.  I have been in pain all night.  I over did it yesterday trying to mow and my back hurts so bad I can hardly move.  The strongest thing I have is Tylenol.  And guess what?  It doesn't do any good.  :(

Agreed with all others, best to "relax" in this situation, tough to do though being relaxed in both mind and body.
