I just did this one also and I had the same experience as you and the other member. The customer rep was extremely nice and not at all pushy. I like what this company is doing. This could be the wave of the future.

This one is back up again and I tried yesterday and today and all I get is "No one is available to take your call right now, please try again later".  

UPDATE: Finally someone answered and I had a very pleasant representative and it was VERY informative!! Got credit within a minute of hanging up, too!

Yep, I also got the "This link is expired message", so maybe I will go back in and try again.  I got credit for another one already and the additional would just be awesome.
