If your debit card has direct deposit you can use that.

I just have mine sent to paypal its normally in there before he sends me my approved notice

I recommend PayPal. It's super easy to create an account and you can get a PayPal debit card for instant access to your cash! If you request a check, be prepared to wait an additional 2 weeks. It's still an option though.

I have tried paper check and paypal, but currently using paypal and it works great.

Your debit card has to be linked to some type of account that allows money to be put on it or you wouldn't be able to use it.

You would need your routing and account number to set it up.

If you can't do that then you can choose to get a paper checked mailed or set up a verified paypal account. Verified paypal accounts have to be linked to a debit/credit card to insure funds though

I don't know what kind of debit card you have, but mine is a prepaid debit card. Money is deposited right onto the card. Been doing this for 12 cashouts now and the money is always right on time. Like others suggested, you could request money by paypal or by check. If you cashout through paypal or direct deposit, the money usually comes on or around the 20th of each month. If you request a check payment, it can take up to 10 additional business days.
