Ok, so I know I'm supposed to enter what's in the box..

I did..but I hit the caps lock instead of the shift key, and typed in aCUVUE 1-dAY sTARTS tODAY.

And it took it!

How weird is that??

I don't think the captchas are "case sensitive."  It doesn't matter whether you use all caps or lower case keys, just as long as you type in exactly the right characters.

The RadioLoyalty captchas are not case sensitive. It makes entering your captcha just that much faster!
