How often do you talk to your Parents?

Unfortunately I don't get to talk to my parents. My dad died when I was 5 years old with Lung Cancer and my mom has been gone for 16 years. I was close to my mom and miss her dearly. When my dad was living we were close and I'm sure if he had lived we would have had a good relationship.

I try to talk to my parents every day.

how often do I talk to my parents everyday we talk about everything  being that I don't see them so I call four or five times a day most of the time it just to say hi or  I love you

Unfortunately both of my parents passed in 2009. But before that almost everyday

I rarely talk to my father, but that's of his own doing.

I talk to my mom a few times a month, because we live in different states.

My in-laws I talk to about the same.

I just left them and are going home after the visited they live about 1300 mails from me.

I was just talking to my mom and I visited with my dad earlier today, so I got to thinking, how often do you normally see or talk to your parents?

approx 2-3 or more times a week.

I speak to them at least once a week and see them at least once a month.  Wish I could see them more often, but thankful for the time I do get.

I talk to them at least once a week or whenever I feel like to, I would love to visit every weekend; however, they live the other side of the world!!

Not very often.  We don't live very far from one another but I try and keep a distance for sanity sake.  I try and make myself call once a month.  If I don't she just shows up unexpected and uninvited...which for me is rude and inconvenient.  Mom or no Mom - may seem nasty on my behalf but I'm one that has things in order as best as I can and stopping what I'm doing for coffee hour isn't always practical.

My mom passed away from cancer in 2007 and we lost my dad in 2008 also of cancer.  Before my mom passed away I would talk to her everyday and my dad most of those days too.  After mom died my dad was not the same and just didn't enjoy talking as much as he used to but I still talked to him most days.  They lived 735 miles from me and when they were still living I would go visit them for 2 weeks every 3 months.  Always enjoyed those visits so much and I do truly miss those 2 so much!

My parents are both deceased; my dad died first in 1995 on October 23rd of a heart attack and my mom died 16 years and 1 day later on October 22nd 2011 congestive heart failure.
