husands ex and mother living together....?

I've heard of weirder, but what is mom getting out of this?  Did she ever stop and think maybe there is a reason the ex is an ex?

My word cowgirlx, she sounds like my ex husband. He is a control freak, wants his way ALL the time, a manipulator, has a very bad temper and treated me like a child throughout our whole marriage. He even still tries to control me through our son. He claims he loves him, but if he truly did he wouldn't treat his son that way. If someone turns around in the driveway when they leave, he gets very upset if they get in the yard, he wants them to ask before they look at a magazine, newspaper, use the phone ect. It wasn't good enough that they asked me.....NO, they were suppose to ask him. He even threatened (in front of our son) to shoot our son's cat when he would playfully attack our son and scare him. He was only four at the time. I have wanted to beat the tar out of him many times but i knew I would be the one getting into trouble with the law if I did. The laws in this country are so stupid! They aren't for us, they are against us. Sorry i rambled on but sometimes I just have to let it out.

That is just a weird situation. I know people can become really close especially when they were dating someone from the past. My bf's family still talks to one of his exs. it always made it strange for me because she goes to family stuff. We been together for 4 years. I just dont really care anymore. He hates it and so do I, but I dont let it bother me. We have 2 children together. I am not going anywhere.
