Every now and then I still use a phonebook. I actually used one just a few days ago because I could not find the number I was looking for online anywhere. I still use pocket phonebooks too but more for writing down passwords and usernames I use online.

Of course I still use phone books.  My card table would be all wobbly if it wernt for the phone books it rests on.  Go figure.

We prefer using the phonebook over the internet.

I do both.  I use cellphones now, so there are numbers I have already saved in, and there are numbers I need to look up.  I will call 411 if I have to, but I mostly will take the time and look in the phonebook.

I mostly use a phonebook but, sometimes back it up with a online search of the company just to make sure the phone nr did not change.

I do still use a phonebook. Old habits die hard! I think they could save a lot of paper if they only sent them to the people who requested them.

I still look up things in the phonebook.  I guess I just have not thought about going on the internet.  Sometimes the phone book is just more easy accessible.

Yeah, I use it all the time... As a door stop, a coaster, a fly swatter, etc.  ;D

Seriously, I do use the phone book every once in awhile to look up numbers. But the numbers for my friends / relatives I usually have stored on my cell, so I don't use it that much for residential look ups. I also like that our phone book has a street map of the city, which tends to be more detailed than maps of the state yet still covers more than just the downtown area that other city maps only cover, so its very helpful it finding where certain places are. They also have some other helpful information, esp. about government services such as library hours, post office locations and hours, etc.

I still use the phone book. At times what i might be looking for is not listed on computer in our rural area. When i dge a number then put it in my cellphone book.  I have a bad habit of not answeing my cell phone if i don't know the number or who it is from.

Yes, once in a while I look in the phone book for household repair businesses etc.  They still come in handy if the power goes out and you need to look for a repair person.
