I usually am the one cooking for my family, but I was busy mowing the lawn and since it was the first day of school, my wife returned home from work early to see how the kids day went.  She made panko baked chicken with potatoes topped in sour cream and cheese.  Yuuuuuuuummmy

Does frozen pizza count?
I had some left over left from Monday too.
I always try to cook enough to have, at least, one more meal out of it.

Yes I cooked today pork chops breaded with AuGratin. That is one of my husbands favorite dishes. Tomorrow I will make Chicken boneless cubed with potatoes. Yesterday I made beef stew in the crockpot. Friday I always make fish with either french fries (frozen package) or I slice potatoes and cook them in the oven. I love cooking ever since I was a child. I try to make healthy meals but sometimes I don't. I love making stir fry with fresh vegtables comes out so good.

wasn't even home for the majority of the day
Had gone to the baseball stadium and bought food there and then had pizza when I got home.

Yes, I had Hamburger Helper - Lasagna and a salad.  I like to make easy meals as I don't like to cook too much.  I would rather bake.  In fact, this afternoon I made Magic Cookie Bars.  I love to eat sweets!!!

Yep. On my weekends I make food for the rest of the week so I made brechetta, beef soup, spaghetti sauce and brownies.

I haven't cooked yet. I had a fruit smoothie and cereal. I plan on making a turkey burger for lunch.

Since I live by myself I tend to cook several things during the week and just warm them over in the evening for dinner.  I try to keep 2 or 3 different things in the refrigerator so I don't have to eat the same thing every night.
