I buy the frozen seasoned meatballs when they're on sale at half price, so I popped a few in the microwave and had tomatoes, okra and sweet peas.  Dinner was ready in 5 minutes.

Yes, I cooked catfish nuggets, made spaghetti (I usually put onions, bell peppers and celery in my spaghetti, but my husband didn't hear me when I requested the celery and, in addition, he got the smallest pack of spaghetti he could get; I didn't have to look at it enough to know that it weighed 8 ounces).  I had three slices of Texas Garlic Toast left, and I put them in the oven.  I am used to having long spaghetti, while he prefers that it be broken up.  So I broke it in three pieces to stretch it.  Dinner was not too bad.

Today was my day off. I am usually at work at dinner time.  We ate steak and baked potatoes.  It was good for a change.

Did you say Gumbo. I am cooking Jambalaya in the crockpot today, since it is Sat. Like to free up the time I spend in the kitchen on the weekend. Livin in  Nawlins , I got a taste of their Cajun cookin and really miss it since I moved back to Texas. Can't replace that food!

Yes i did.... I have cooked every day this week which is really good for me usually i only cook 1 meal a week if that I made pot roast with a new ranch dip mix ad the seasoning IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!

I did cook - I made a huge pot of Pinto Beans and spiced them all up and put hamburger meat in them. Everyone who ate them said they were delicious!! Yeah!!

I did not cook today as it was 96 degrees.  We went to a nice air conditioned place and enjoyed a nice meal.
