i have two in each ear. i remember the first time i have my ears pierce, it got infected because i wasn't treating it with alcohol and turning it.

None. I had my ear pieced once and it kept getting infected. No more piercings for me.

I have 3 ear piercings...1 in one ear and 2 in one ear.  I rarely wear an earring in the second hole.

Nary a one now. Had my ears pierced a long time ago and never could find any earrings that i could wear. Always broke out and had nasty stuff around the earrings. I cleaned them every day with alchol in fact several times aday. Finally said enough. Sold all of my earrings and let the holes grow back. I don't wear anything metal.

 I have seven ear ring holes in my ears, the first six are on both sides of my ears, and the other one is at the top of my ear. I also have my nose, lip and tongue pierced as well.
