What Are you cooking for Dinner?

It's super hot here in Cali, 100 degrees to be exact. I don't feel like turning on the stove or oven.What to do?

Not too hot here, grilled Ling Cod (I caught) with Leek sauce, broccoli salad with craisins and nuts in it and garden fresh tomatoes with cottage cheese.

I made homemade sloppy Joes. They were very yummy. I ate two and my husband ate three. Needless to say he is stuffed. lol  :wave:

I grilled steak tonight with special honey bq sauce.  SNAP that was finger licken good.  just when the steak was pulled off the grill, the corn on the cob was slapped on, grilled with the hull on.  Sooo good.  FYI;  :BangHead: You can't fake steak.   ;)

well am going to have some brown rice i should make it black rice but, i don't have any and, some green veggies with red beans and a salad

I forgot about the hot weather in Ca today last week it got to 106 where I live.Will have left over meatloaf so won't turn on the oven.I like to see what people are having for dinner I get tired of the same old stuff.
