Ready-made vs Microwave vs Cooking from Scratch

Being that i am a cook for a living i enjoy cooking from scratch but it is also nice to be able to get the kids ready made meals for those nights you dont want to cook

I believe cooking from scratch especially when some people have food allergies. At least you know what is in the food. when you cook ready made food there may be many things that don't agree with you not to mention aren't good for you and it helps you gain weight. what I did when I worked is make my own tv dinners and freeze them so when I came home all I had to do was microwave them. also when I made stew I used a crockpot put it on low and added all the ingredients and when I got home from work it was ready to eat. so that is what I do when I have busy days.
