Oldbuddy to the rescue again.  Follow his link and the other advice (make contributory posts, do more than just 30 posts and request your bonus every month).  It really isn't complicated, just requires following a procedure - which once you get the hang of, becomes routine.

$3.00 a month is a great addition to my cashouts!
