People around here have had a rotten month. Thousands of people lost their homes to fire. Since the fire, I've had a harder than usual time. The one thing I could hold onto is that my friends don't know when they'll have a home again. I've got mine. I really do have it good. My storms are small.

     I just finished one crazy roller coaster of a week, do NOT want a week like that again for a LONG, LONG time! 

     However an angel did show up to make things a little easier to take.  A kitten seems to have come from "nowhere" since no one seems to be missing it, and it has fit in so well with the other two cats and dog.  It has been sooo good, so sweet and just amazingly adorable.  I definitely wasn't expecting to take on another kitten, but the little fur-ball HAS helped me keep my sanity during this insanely crazy week!  So, I've been adopted.  Couldn't imagine having gone thru this week without the new little one.
