Who else takes Omega 3 fish oil? If so, what kind of brand do you use?

We give it to my son. Right now he is taking Ultra Naturals. I've heard that Nordic Naturals is very good.

My kids take Nordic Naturals, and we use the store brand.

I was taking the pill then I was eating tuna fish I just have no idea how much I am supposed to have.
