You don't. It's the ads that produce the money to pay us, so if you don't want the ads turn off the radio.

I do not remember seeing that add... anyway maybe you need to create a ticket with customer service.

My guess would be that ad is not coming from Fusioncash or RadioLoyalty. You could have some kind of infection on your computer doing it.
