I really thought Abe had died years ago until I caught an episode and he was on it!

Of course, last night with Tom Hanks was hysterical. I always make sure to catch him on late night because he's always got some random story to tell.

Last night was Ron Howard  ;D

No kidding! I thought he was pretty funny on SNL, but it's been a lot of hit or miss with his late night show.

Conan still rules though! Night my friend!

Yeah, I use to like when he spoofed popular songs on SNL during Weekend Update and when he messed up the skits (he's ALWAYS start laughing) but he just doesn't seem to be talkshow material lol. He's too nervous or something. Every now and then I'll enjoy a skit, but once he starts interviewing it all seems to go down hill.

But there's nothing else on at 12:35am lol. I wish Jimmy Kimmel would drop down a time slot. I started enjoying him during my Conan break.

Tonight's guests are Gwyneth Paltrow, Joel McHale, and the John Mayer Trio.

I dig Joel on The Soup - this should be a pretty good show tonight

To be honest I really stopped watching after the first week - I just couldn't get into it. The Roots are a killer house band, but it just doesn't feel right. I reaaaaally do not dig his announcer - seems too stiff to be working with Fallon.

Tonight is David Duchovny, Anna Friel, and Bill Burr.

Not as solid of a line up as last Monday, but still should make for a good show!

Still watching, man. Missed Fridays episode unfortunately. Luckily Hulu exist's though, so I'm good haha.

One thing I noticed that's bothering me a LITTLE BIT.

They use to do a comedy bit after the monologue, then have a guest, then do another comedy bit, then have the last two guests.

But now they're using the same format that Leno always used where they do all the comedy bits at the first of the show and spend the rest of the time with the guests... this kinda upsets me lol.

... I dig having the bits spaced out because sometimes the guests aren't all that great and it's nice to have that extra comedy bit thrown in mid show to look forward too.

*sigh* show's still cool though.

Something's telling me that they're following that format to see if it retains any of the Leno crowd. Seems like there's a lot of hostility towards Conan, so I guess they figure if they follow Leno's format they'll keep people satisfied.

Friday's episode was good, Chickenfoot was REALLY good.
