Videos not crediting

The last two days I have had 2 videos not crediting the 1 cent after viewing "Samsung w/ Jay Z" and "Fandango".  Am I doing something wrong therefore not getting credit or is this a FC glitch.  Am I to 'like, follow or share these videos' before I get credit?  If so, I don't see where it is indicated that such is required for credit.  In some cases, I prefer to skip over videos that require a like or share.  Although, I do share on occasion, I am more picky.  Any feedback/responses appreciated.

The Samsung video does have 2 steps.  After watching the video, click on the Continue button to get credit.

The Fandango also has 2 steps.  The Continue button lights up after you've finished the videos.  I did not have to share on Facebook to get credit.

I use Firefox and have generally been successful in getting credit. If I have a problem, I'll try the video again on IE.

I usually leave the video window open until I check my account.  If it hasn't credited after the first time I watch it, I go back to see if I've missed anything.

If I'm watching it for a 2nd (or more) time and it doesn't credit, I just assume it has reached the end of it's available credits per person -- even if it doesn't disappear from my list of videos.

Wow i finally was able to load 2 viedos and both paid off. It has been a long dry month of no videos. The header would come on but no videos.

Thanks for all the help!  I am going through the "correct process" and I am receiving credit.  I have received credit twice for the "Samsung w/ Jay Z" video and it is a video worth sharing which I do on occasion.  If one takes the time to listen to the message that is in this video ... I think it is an awesome message! .... The internet is young, it's like the wild west.  Hopefully, it will stay free of "undue restrictions and the individual is allowed" freedom to freely express and make their own choices.

  out of the 2 videos only one I got credit for because the other one which was strange there was not a video but you had to click any person just to hear their story i click on one but did not get credit for it so in other words i do not know

Videos have been a little weird lately. I had two in the paid videos, but they wouldn't play at all.

They had a sign-in area, but it led to some kind of an error. Rats!

Actually on the Samsung ones you have to click continue and then it says task completed or gives the option to share if it pops up just scroll to bottom and select skip this step and you will be credited. In the beginning mine were not crediting either until I figured out what I was doing wrong.
