Emergency Preparedness
« on: June 20, 2013, 06:34:20 pm »
Right now, I am very grateful that we organized our 72 hour kits. It made evacuating easy during the fires that happened in my area. It also was easier to figure out where I was going and what I was doing because we recently reviewed what we had and where it was located in our house.

7 of my friends lost their homes, but made it out alive. A total of 509 homes were destroyed in the fire near my house.

Even if you don't think you're at risk for an evacuation due to fires, earthquakes, volcanoes, flooding, hurricanes, please get one ready. It will give you peace of mind when something unexpected happens.

You can find me on Youtube!

It is overwhelming to think about. We do have some supplies saved up, but nothing that is ready to be immediately grabbed and carried out.
