I am a non smoker. I never did like the smell of cigarette smoke. My dad smoked alot when I was little and died of lung cancer.I vowed never to mak that a habit for me.

I don't smoke and have never smoked.  I understand it is a habit, but it is an expensive habit.  People who smoke a lot and in closed spaces smell like smoke and stale smoke smells bad.  It can also make your walls yellow in your house.

I am definitely a non-smoker and I always have been.  I tried it once a very long time ago, when I was about 16.  And I hated it, found it disgusting and it made me cough.  I frankly do not know how people can enjoy it.  It provides absolutely no benefits and it can definitely provide health issues.

Even the smoke irritates my eyes badly - I am extremely sensitive to irritations in the air.  My eyes will burn, sting and tear excessively.

I smoke like 7 a day. I try not to pass that much. I have tried to quit went down to one a day, but every time sometjing happen and I'm bact smokimg even harder, I don't think I can do it by myself.

I have never been a smoker, but my husband is. He has never smoked in our house or cars, we agreed on this years ago and he always sticks to it. He has tried to quit a few times and is down to 8 or 9 a day, but I would love to see him quit altogether, wish I knew how to help him without sounding like a nagging wife.

I don't smoke and I never have, but I do dip.  I think there are a lot of similarities between smoking and dipping and I have the desire to quit dipping but it is still a work in progress.
