Sounds like you got an awesome deal.  My laptop I'm using now is my first but have had it almost two years - it is a Lenovo Thinkpad and it cost way too much but my mother bought it for me right before she passed away and I love it.  I can't imagine being tied down to a desktop ever again.

@kat112073... Good for you. I also have an Acer computer, actually it's a laptop. I would love to own a IPad though, because i always wanted one, maybe if i earn enough money from this website, i can buy one.

Congrats on your new acquisition! I love having a laptop. I was able to use it to keep up on the news of the fire near my house where ever there was free wifi when I recently traveled. I also use it at my pampered chef parties and doterra classes. It's one of the greatest business tools I have.

I bought my first laptop in 2005 (IBM), and bought my second laptop from Office Depot (HP).  I wish I had went to Best Buy or someone else as well.  I spent $924.58 for my laptop from OD, and took it back for an entire year or more until I had to put it in the shop.  I had McAfee installed and discovered none too late that it was the cause of my problems.  I had it taken off and the repair company put Microsoft on for protection.  It was free and works a lot better.  I plan to research better with the purchase of my next laptop.

Good for you    I have an acer monitor and have had no problems with it.  Must be a pretty good company.  Now you can do FC surveys while watching TV

I am so happy now that I bought my very first laptop computer.  I searched on BEST BUY online and they had the computer I wanted for the right price that fit within my budget.  The laptop I bought is an ACERC7/GOOGLE CHROME. This laptop had everything I needed without buying additional software.  The computer was for $199.99 AND the HP OFFICEJET 4620 was originally $99.00 but with their promotion I saved $40.00 on the printer. And I also got the black ink and color bundle  too. For less than $400.00.  I only paid $323.00 for everything,which I think was a awesome deal.

I have an Acer mini tab that is perfect for traveling with.  I'm happy with their products.  Good quality for a good price.  Congrats to you and have fun with it!

glad you love your laptop  I have had them since Windows 95 lol I'm  a golden  oldie and have traveled a fair bit I had desktops for years  but the past 8 years have had three lappys always at any given time  right now on vacation for 2 weeks and doing all my work  at our cottage on this lappy and playing my games and watching my movies on my other one  and of course across the table my hubby has his
