What happened to the new RV offer that was there earlier?

I did it too this morning and no credit. Are we seeing a pattern here? ANYONE get credit for this offer?

i can't do it...did it on a different site. AND it paid less than $1.  these offers are different, sent out by a different marketing company (not internet stuff)-they might approve all at once for everyone at close of business? it might take a human to approve on the other end, that's all.
