Basically you click on offers here (available through the offers page) and complete them (by signing up for a program filling out a survey or whatever the offer says) and you will be credited for that offer with some money (usually between 50 cents and a dollar). Once you have been credited with $25, you can 'cash out' - have your money delivered to you (as long as $15 of it is made from offers, and not your sign up bonus and referrals). You have to devote a LOT of time and energy for a little money. It really is personal preference and whether you think it is worthwhile, imo.

It really does depend on you and what offers you are willing to pursue. Some pay more than others but are more involved or have purchase requirements, which i personally don't like...
