Work out 3-5 days a week. Put a variation of cardio and strength training into it!

I do too. Sometimes I take short nap. It works for me. I also walk long mile; that works for me too. Lastly, I eat a lot of veggies and fish. Stay away from high caloried food or fried food.

I eat less meat, drink almost no soda and less sugary drinks, I drink mostly water, I eat more fruits and vegetables, light jogging twice a week and make sure I get enough rest at night. I find these help with giving me more energy as I grow older.

I am 59 and I am definitely suffering from low energy but for me losing weight (eating healthier) and walking a little for exercise is actually increasing my energy.  Also I am now lifting weights with my sons to increase strength and flexibility which I hope which help in the energy department as well. Good luck finding your answer, not having enough energy reduces enjoyment of life.

A little light exercise throughout the week, B vitamins, proper rest, and cutting a few things out of your diet might help. Also, if you can squeeze in like 15 minutes or so of quiet time laying down, or even taking a short nap, it can help recharge you.

I walk five a days a week and that seems to inspire to keep on working and doing.  I also take vitamin C, calcium and magnesium, every day.  I don't know it that's an energy thing, but it can't hurt.  Good luck to you.

Have your doctor check your thyroid function (and electrolyte balance).  Make sure you drink plenty of water, as dehydration can make you sluggish.

Yes my friend. I have the same problem. I remember when I hit 45 it was like hitting a wall. Not a good feeling. But now that I am over 50 it seems normal. Still I am not happy about it. It is the testosterone that we lose as we age. It's life.

Try eating something with sugar in it. Have you been tested for diabetes? They tell me to eat something to get some energy back. They also told me to excercise a half an hour a day even if it is just walking a mile. You can also have a low metabolism. I have also been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. They didnt detect that when I started having seizures. It has been a year or two since I got diagnosed with that. They keep telling me once they  can stabilize my thyroid I should start losing my weight. Hasnt happened yet. I am not saying you have these problems you can them checked.
