I was bad today, I had an apple pecan chicken salad with vingarette dressing from Wendy's today. It was greattttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man, splurge on fast food and you get a salad?? I would have gone to Taco Bell.

Sounds delicious have never had one but that doesn't sound all that bad to me lol - I try to stay away from fast food especially the worst choices but recently I had to have a big mac so I did.  Now that is what I call being bad.  I did skip the fries though so that made me feel somewhat better.

I wouldn't worry too much of using fast food as long as you don't go too often and there can be some healthy options too. I use to worry about the stigma of taking fast food to go and think of how people saw me with the bag, but I no longer worry about this.

It may have been out of your calorie budget or contained some ingredients that you desire to avoid but that doesn't sound bad to me. If that's your idea of cheating then congrats on living a super healthy lifestyle! lol

I can't do fastfood like I used to. Decided to start exercising again. Im getting older so its so hard. Im going to maintain this time.

LOL  I worked at our mall and I would have this salad at least once every two weeks.  I loved this salad.  It was the only thing I would get at wendys.  In january our store closed so I have not been to wendys even tho I have one with in 2 minutes of where I live.

 Well yesterday I drove past Wendys and seen on their sign that they have this back again !!!!!!!!!!!!   Needless to say I made a u-turn and had to run through the drive  up window !!!!     So I was bad also.  That salad is the best,,,

Hahahaha, as far as fast food goes, you could do worse than a salad. But it does sound delicious
