I have also used Italian dressing.  But make a great cold chicken salad with Dorothy Lynch dressing.  I have been told you can use any dressing you like - everyone can have their own uniquely flavored chicken.  Makes sense to me  ;)

When I cook chicken, boneless or not, I use seasoning salt and creole seasoning when I am frying it.  When I am baking chicken, I use Mrs. Dash.  I love their Garlic and Herb seasoning, and bought some Monterrey Garlic Chicken seasoning too.  I learned about seasonings because most of the food I ate when I was growing up was bland and tasteless; I would rather have food that tastes good than be bland and tasteless as if I was sitting in the hospital.

Tandoori seasoniing is good and all you do is mix it with yogourt overnite and bake it in the oven.Fat free easy and also good on the BBQ.Jerk seasoning paste is good too mixed with soya sauce and marinated for 1 hour. Both seasonings are not too spicey but very flavourful!

I marinate my boneless chicken in Italian dressing over night. Then I add a little lemon and pepper seasoning!

I like to use anything with a garlic base for my chicken marinades.  Grillmates also has a really good tomato, garlic, herb marinade that is awesome!

I like to use lemon pepper marinade if I'm going to let it marinate overnight. It can also be used to baste the chicken while it's cooking. Sometimes we just use lemon pepper dry seasoning, chicken salt, seasoned salt, pepper, herbs, or poultry seasoning. Also like to use honey barbecue sauce.

I cook it with Basil and Garlic Salt. I also cook it very slow on simmer in my waterless cookware. when it turns all white I turn them over and every raves about it. I also sometimes cut the boneless chicken into cubes and also potatoes into cubes and add a half stick margarine and simmer until all the potatoes are cooked. and everyone likes it.

I like to try the different flavors of salad dressings and when I use one of them I slice some onions and then season the chicken with onion powder and pepper and let it marinate in the dressing overnight in the refrigerator.
