Completely depends on the pain I'm experiencing.  Sometimes I use a heating pad, sometimes an ice pack, sometimes massage or stretching, sometimes ibuprofen, sometimes light exercise...

now adays people brainstorm with those medicine that are sell on the market.
When those thing happened only one thought people have in their mind drug or medicine
but they don't think natural healing instead of craping drug to poison our system. Yeah drug
is fast to break the pain free but it poison your system and the pain will come back again.
Have you tried massage? Our bodies covered with muscles so if you have pain mean some part
of your body muscles tighten up some where around where the pain is located. So seek massage
as I will say and tell them about your situation so they could help you out.. hope you feel ok! :female: :cat:

I used one a couple of times when I was younger to help with cramps. These days I don't. Fortunately the only pain I seem to experience is the occasional headache and I just use tylenol for that.

Oh, to have not experienced pain!  I was diagnosed with arthritis in my 30s.  Now I have so many additional conditions, I have chronic pain.  I don't want to take any narcotic pain medicines.  I have seen what problems they can cause.  So I take OTC meds and a non-narcotic prescription.  I have been using a heating pad since I was very young.  They do help a lot except when I have severe pain.
